Child Safety Standards
Vibe Call : Random Girls Video call · Last updated 2 September 2026
This page is the published child safety standard for Vibe Call : Random Girls Video call (Android package com.chatwave.random_video_chat). It explains our zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Vibe Call does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation. CSAE includes content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers anyone under 18, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child. CSAM is any visual depiction — photo, video, live stream, or computer-generated image — of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal. We prohibit creating, sharing, requesting, or transmitting CSAE or CSAM on Vibe Call.
Anyone who violates this standard will be blocked from matching, have their account removed, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authority in the country where we operate.
This app is for adults only
Vibe Call is a random live video chat app for people aged 18 or older. You must confirm that you are 18+ before you can sign in. We do not knowingly allow children to create an account or join a call. If we learn that a user is under 18, we remove that account. Being 18+ does not reduce this duty: random chat apps must still publish CSAE standards even when they are age-gated.
What is not allowed
Any sexual content, contact, or request involving a person who is or appears to be under 18
Grooming, sextortion, or asking a minor for images or a video call
CSAM, including live camera content that depicts a child
Helping others find, share, or hide CSAE or CSAM
How to report in the app
During a live call, open the report sheet and choose a reason. One of the reasons is User appears to be under 18. Other reasons include nudity or sexual content, harassment, violence, spam, and other. When you report someone they are blocked at once so you are not matched with them again. The report is stored for review (who reported, who was reported, the reason, the call channel if any, and the time).
If you see possible CSAE or CSAM anywhere else, you can also use Report on the Vibe Call Google Play listing.
How we handle CSAM
Vibe Call does not record or store live video or audio. We still take action when we have actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, including an in-app report that a user appears to be under 18 or that sexual content involved a child. Appropriate action includes blocking the user from further matches, deleting the account, keeping the report for enforcement, and reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (CyberTipline) or the regional authority that applies, such as the Indian cybercrime portal where relevant. We do not send copies of live video to ourselves because calls are not recorded; we act on the report and account identity we do have.
Child safety laws
We aim to comply with applicable child safety laws, including the duty to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the equivalent authority in our region. Users must follow the laws of the country they are in. This page is a policy statement for Google Play Child Safety Standards. It is not legal advice.
Child safety point of contact
Google Play and law enforcement can reach the Vibe Call child safety contact through the Vibe Call page on Google Play. That contact can discuss enforcement, review reports, remove accounts, and take action on CSAE notices. The same contact is listed in Play Console for this app.
Outside reporting
To report CSAM on the internet you may use NCMEC CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org/. In India you may also use https://cybercrime.gov.in/. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
